Second, the cashier and receptionist refuse to give pwd discounts, cause they said the management will charge them.if they will give discounts to pwd cause the management, allows only senior citizen.i cannot believe this statement.cause i been staying also in 5star resort.and they honored me as a pwd with musculuskeletal disorders.(so if someone see you, they look at you as able person.) And both cashier and receptionist did not issued me the bir receipt, they are just giving me the receipt written in a 1/4 sheet of paper.its informal.
